House Rules

-Owners are not responsible for injuries that may occur on the property.

-NO pets

-NO parties of any kind are permitted.

-Any unbooked visitors must be authorized by host.

-Exterior cameras are actively recording video and audio and are not to be tampered with.

-NO smoking or vaping on the premises. A WYND Sentry device is installed at the property. This device detects smoke and excess noise. No audio is recorded. Visit hellowynd.com website for further information.

-Do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on the property.

-Any items that need recovered after leaving will incur a small fee plus shipping costs.

-If you damage any items, please let us know immediately.

-Our home is a child friendly environment, but not childproof. Please keep a close eye on children.

-Free parking is available at each property. Please do not block sidewalks or alleyways.

-Please be respectful of neighbors, quiet hours 10 PM - 9 AM

-At the Gold Clover: Do not set furniture or any other items on the artificial turf. This turf is designed to walk on and provide a playable surface for bocce and putting golf balls. This area is NOT to be used for other activities. Damage to the surface from improper use will be charged to the guest. Stay off the turf surface when there is snow or frost.

-Visitors booking for 28+ days are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or risk being cancelled and subjected to the cancellation policy.

Upon Checkout:

-Fold down blankets on used beds.

-Place used towels in laundry basket in closet of bedroom.

-Checking out after 11:00 AM will result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour.

Any house rules broken could result in a fine up to $500, cancellation of the reservation, and/or eviction at the cost of the guest

I HAVE READ THESE HOUSE RULES AND AGREE TO FOLLOW THEM. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR SHARING THESE RULES WITH ENTIRE GUEST PARTY AND RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE ALL GUESTS KEEP THESE RULES AS WRITTEN.
